On behalf of Berlingske Media (http://berlingske.dk) Ciklum is looking for Flash developer to join Kiev team on full-time basis.
Berlingske Media is Denmark's largest news publishing group producing content for print, web, web-TV, radio and mobiles (mobile phones).

Duties:
Flash Development specialist in order to build and maintain Flash multimedia elements and flash applications for web sites, primarily video streaming. The flash developer will work within the core service CMS team to conceptualize, develop and build Flash applications, and will also play a major role in problem diagnosis and problem solving task force.
Flash elements are present on all of Berlingske Media websites and video broadcasting is used on 10 of the major sites.
Education background:
Academic IT education on master level in Computer Science or Engineering
Professional competences:
Must:
- Experience with ActionScripts, minimum 2-3 years
- Experience with video streaming
- Experience with integration with backend systems
- Experience with statistic tools for flash usage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Desirable:
- Experience with Flash media server
- Experience with other web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java scripting)
- Experience with Version Control Systems
- Experience with CMS systems
- Familiar with agile development frameworks, e.g. SCRUM or XP

- Highly developed communication skills, both toward co-programmers and project manager
