Responsibilities:
Communicate with the customer to clarify the requirements
Participate in system architecture design
Provide direction and quality control over the product
Hire the missing team
Skills / Knowledge:
Minimum 5+ years of the software development (based on C++ in MS VS 2003/2005/2008)
Experience in development of trading systems (or experience in development of financial applications)
Knowledge of MS SQL database Some knowledge of .NETGood understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologiesMinimum 2 years background in technical leadership of software development teamScrum process
knowledge will be a valuable plus
Fluent level of the English language

Master's degree in computer science
