Game Development Company is looking for a Team Lead / Game Director. The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
+5 years of experience
Experience in games industry
Responsive
Pro active
Able to understand code and technical problems
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 30 developers on technical level
Solution oriented day by day management of resources and tasks
Daily verbal report to HQ in Germany and detailed report on weekly base
Influence the product by being part of the design process
Risk management
Release and milestone control on project management level
Simplify the product for more usability
