Ignite UA, International software development outsourcing company invites highly Project Managers to take full time position in our Zhytomyr office.

A highly experienced professional with IT and Project Management is required to lead and manage a dynamic team consisting of up to 20 employees. Strategy for 2010 is well thought and many projects will be successfully guaranteed with many challenges. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for Heading up the projects, organizing, controlling and implementing final finished assignments. Other responsibilities are strategizing and planning additional projects for the company's future developments, budgeting, cost controlling, monitoring project performance, employee performance, technical performance relevant to IT projects, problem solving, negotiations, and business correspondence with internal and external clients.

Ideal candidate portfolio:

- excellent communication, verbal and written skills in English (due to vast communication required by local and foreign representatives);

-     experience in software architecture development.

- experience working with major technologies - Java, C#, Php, Oracle, MSSQL etc.

- excellent report writing and presentation skills (for the purpose to present to management and board when required);

- good leadership and management qualities (previous management experienced as IT director/manager of a department, or as PM is required);

- excellent track record of successful IT projects with International companies, financial or IT services would be advantageous;

- a minimum of 5 years relevant IT project management experience, preferably with large budget estimates;

- higher technical education;

- a positive attitude, co operational, team player, accountable and highly responsible person who sets and defines clear goals individually as well as for team member;

- ability to work independently under pressure, within challenging priorities towards to business goals;

-     strong Communication and Negotiation skills, focused towards customer satisfaction;

-     good understanding of Quality and Process frameworks. Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices;
