The position

Well funded and growing quickly, Huddle is looking for a talented, motivated and dedicated manager to lead our new offshore development team and manage delivery of Huddle's SharePoint synchronisation product.

The team will be delivering Huddle's new SharePoint synchronisation product, the prototype version of which recently won first prize in the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 SocialFest

We suggest regular business trips and initial training in London for project start-up.

Responsibilities

l Planning, tracking and reporting on the Huddle SharePoint synchronisation project and subsequent product enhancements

l Line management of Huddle's offshore development team comprising Lead Developers, Developers and QA Engineers

l Providing leadership and guidance to Huddle's offshore development teams to ensure successful delivery

l Performing Scrum Master duties for multiple Agile development teams

l Playing a key role in the ongoing improvement of Huddle's Agile development process

Required Experience & Qualifications A successful track record and proven ability to manage software development projects using Agile methodologies

6+ years' experience in the technology industry

3+ years' experience in a project or development management role

2+ years' experience line managing developers and other technical staff

2+ years' experience working with Scrum or a similar Agile methodology

Some experience as a developer

Understanding of web and /or SharePoint development and the associated technologies
