Fast growing company is looking for PM to expand its team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of software engineers of varying skill levels;

• Communicate daily with customer's representatives to understand customer's business needs, make resource planning for several projects;

• Become the key liaison with customers to precise project's scope, requirements and schedule;

• Develop and propose a variety of solutions and options, assists clients in selecting the most effective course of action;

• All phases of enterprise design, implementation and product maintenance;

• Provide regular project's reporting;

• Project monitoring and control.

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 3 years experience in managing technology team;

• Expertise in defining system requirements;

• Knowledge in providing technical guidance and leadership to colleagues;

• Ability to communicate and translate complex technical concepts and proposals into understandable and justifiable business initiatives;

• Web-development experience;

• Ability to resolve conflict successfully and effectively on both the client side and within the development team;

• English - advanced.
