On behalf of Berlingske Media (http://berlingske.dk) Ciklum is looking for PM/Scrum Master.

Berlingske Media is Denmark's largest news publishing group producing content for print, web, web-TV, radio and mobiles (mobile phones).

Duties:

Developing high-volume online applications using Drupal CMS and PHP

Education background:

Academic IT education on master level in Computer Science or Engineering

Requirements:

The person will be appointed as Scrum master for the complete team, and will need to be able to coach on work packages and act as technical lead for the local Kiev staff. He/she must therefore posses:

1. Experience as Scrum master / team lead for agile teams
2. Experienced people manager
3. 3) Very good technical specification skills / communication on a technical level
4. 4) Software Architect skills - preferably Drupal, but at least with php/web systems
5. Programming understanding/experience
6. Open source understanding
7. 7) Excellent Project manager skills - width professional online project experience
