Engineering Project Manager
Requirements:
- Higher Education in Engineer science
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience of team management
- Good command of English
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience of setting objectives, driving and reviewing (project specifications, high/low level design, unit/multi-unit test/ PWI/SSI plans).
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing the specification to which the team is delivering
- Effective project management for the project
- Highlighting problem areas and taking action to mitigate at own level
- Developing estimates and plans
- Interacting with customers to develop functional
- Providing technical oversight by stating goals
- Acting as key reviewer for HLD
- Accurate reporting of project status
- Proper implementation of critical portions of LLD and code by the implementation team
- Training, mentoring and coaching for team members to create a solid implementation team well versed in technical and development methodology aspects
