1. 4+ years of IT experience in offshore development company
2. Fluent English
3. Understanding of software development methodologies and full project lifecycle
4. Strong experience in preparing business proposals
5. Experience in active sales
6. Experience in communication with foreign clients and understanding how to approach clients
7. Excellent analytical and management skills
8. Market and/or risk business process knowledge
9. Expert user of MS Office
10. Experience in using MS SharePoint
