Ciklum (founded in the year 2000), is a well-established outsourcing company of Danish origin that specializes in the offshore outsourcing services. Ciklum offers software projects development and creating & supporting professional teams working for our clients.
Currently we are looking for an Apex developer to assist Zellmore with the development of a set of applications to be used on top of Salesforce in the first phase and later expand the solution to works as standalone over the Force.com framework.
We will, in addition, expand the solution to support user interfaces and interactions of other devices, such as mobiles.
Application Description
Based on experience in working with various CRM systems, and lately very intensely with Salesforce, we have indentified a number of missing pieces that would make the overall system much more complete and that will add sustainable value to both executive management and, more importantly, for the individual sales agent.
In the initial phase we see the need for six different applications within the framework, using mostly information already existing within the Salesforce database, but obviously with additional new fields and new database entries.
The presentation layer will be fundamentally different form what you typically would getfrom a Salesforce session, so it is of at most importance that the selected resource has a good understanding of both the presentation layer and the underlying database interaction.
Required Competencies
- The programming language on the Force.com platform is APEX and Visiualforce, so good knowledge on these platforms is mandatory.
- Solid html and Java programming is also highly desirable.
- Great written and spoken English is critical, as the position requires daily communication.
- Basic education should be at a minimum bachelor degree in Engineering or computer science or equivalent.
- Foree.com DEV501 certification is desirable.
