Required skills:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in Project Manager and/or Team Leader position
- Strong background in Internet products
- Strong planning, analysis and reporting skills
- Strong business communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Fluent English speaking/writing
Desired skills:
- Experience with task management tools like Jira is a plus
- Experience in high load projects
- Strong knowledge of software development processes (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)

Job Responsibilities:
- People management, development and appraisal
- Projects initiation and building of new teams
- Establishing and enforcing software development practices on the project
- Projects planning and estimation. Task management.
- Communicating with remote customers on project status. Tracking progress. Managing customer's expectations.
