We are looking for worthy candidate on position Project Manager to work on the full time basis in Kiev office.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years experience in leading/managing technology team in software industry

- Fluent English

- Expertise in defining system requirements

-  Experience working with major technologies - Java, .NET,  DB.

- Knowledge in providing technical guidance and leadership to colleagues

- Communicate and translate complex technical concepts and proposals into understandable and justifiable business initiatives.

- Co-ordinate with users to define needs

- Ability to work independently under pressure, within challenging priorities towards to business goals

- Develop and propose a variety of solutions and options; assists clients in selecting the most effective course of action

- All phases of enterprise design, implementation and product maintenance

- Web-development experience
