Project Manager
Requirements:
- software development background is a must;
- experience in projects completion;
- 5 + years project management experience;
- fluent English;
- experience of working for an American or major European technology company;
- experience in SDLC is a must;
- experience in managing JAVA based applications is a plus;
- experience with IBM technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- coordinate and facilitate all aspects of project planning and execution to successful completion with quality results;
- commitment to quality, excellence and predictable results;
- assign and manage day-to-day activities;
- prepare and present status reporting with appropriate metrics;
- monitor adherence to standards, resource and implementation schedules;
- evaluate project risk and take lead to execute risk mediation strategies;
- foster sense of pride and responsibility in staff;
- responsible for professional development and motivation of the team;
- assist with process improvement.
