Front Office Team Leader (WEB)

LogNet is a company with more than 11 years of successful experience in CRM, Billing and Web Self-Service products development and delivery. The LogNet group companies have offices in Paris, Israel and Ukraine.

We are currently seeking a Front Office Technical Leader for R&D development projects in international context in our Donetsk office.

Position purpose:

Technical leader is in charge of the technical management of the projects: conception, development, integration, tests, deployment, reporting, risk management, etc. Acts as a guarantor of the quality of software development. Responsible for software developer team.

  The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• University degree
  
• Min 2 + experience in team management and good project management skills;
  
• Fluent English;
  
• Experience in web (third tier applications, application servers, DB servers) architectures implementation;
  

Technical skills:

• Strong Java/J2EE (WebLogic; Tomcat) experience;
  
• Knowledge and using of  Java Best Practice;
  
• Good experience in JSP/Servlet;
  
• XML/XSLT/WSDL transformers;
  
• Ability to develop in environment like Eclipse/CVS;
  
• Participating in 3-5 middle-large scale projects with above technologies;
