Technical Support Specialist (7000 UAH)
International Pharmaceutical Company is looking for Technical Support Specialist
Main Requirements:
- 1+ year working experience as technical support / help desk specialist / system administrator /
- Experience in supporting offices with 50-100 users
- Experience with Windows 2003 Server and LAN administration (AD, Group Policies, Web Services)
- Knowledge of MS Exchange administration
- Knowledge of VPN administration
- Office hardware maintenance experience
- Good knowledge of English
Main Responsibilities:
- Telecommunications support (Internet, mail, phone)
- Software installation and user support (local and remote)
- Web services support
- Participation in planning and implementing projects for IT Infrastructure optimization, server administration.
- Maintenance of office and PC hardware
- Support of local backup copying
