As a result of company growth we are currently looking for Regional Support Manager in Engineering Department.
Objectives:
- Management and control of technical support engineers team
Responsibilities:
- People management of direct subordinates in various regions of Ukraine
- Competence planning and development
- Conflict resolution

- Personal and communication skills development
The candidate is required to possess:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
- Proven IT background
- Banking experience is a must (IT Administration/Support preferable)
- Strong managerial skills (5+ subordinates)
- Strong problem-solving, risk management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, effective listening and persuasion skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships at all levels in organization
- Fluent English
