We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead
The main requirements are as follows:
- Strong computer background, analytical skills, attention to details
- Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- At least 1 year experience as a QA Team Lead
- Ability to QA complex systems from requirements stage to production
- knowledge of Relational Databases (one of: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Experience defining, creating, executing and documenting Test Plans, Test Cases, defect/bug tracking techniques
- Knowledge of scripting languages (php, java, perl) - is a plus
- Knowledge & experience in any Linux OS
- Hands-on automated functional, non-functional, regression, scalability and acceptance testing of the system
- Strong critical thinking skills, decisiveness, and willingness to appropriately accept risk
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Good command of oral and written English
