Professional Requirements:
- Higher education in computer science/technical field
- More than 7 years experience in software development industry
- Strong technical background and project management skills
- Experience and knowledge of best practices implementing in Operational Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools
- Fluent English in both oral and written communication
- Effective management skills related to IT infrastructure, human resources, and financial planning
- Experience in performing technical interviews and staff selection

YOUR MISSION
You are responsible for managing the operations in existing IT service centre in Lviv.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer in Luxembourg and serving as a member of the Management Team along with the Managing Director, your primary responsibility is ensuring operational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational functions.
You contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, approaches and practices. You also interact with the Board of Directors.
You are in charge of:
- Improving operational systems, processes and policies in coherence with the organization goals
- Managing operational budget and forecasts in coordination with the Managing Director
- Managing and increasing efficiency of Support Services (HR and IT departments), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
- Supporting dedicated teams in performing their work and facilitating between the teams and our customers
- Performing interviewing candidates to evaluate their technical skills and managing candidates' selection processes
- Providing consulting services on operational matters
- Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
