В связи с открытием новых вакансий в крупной компании на постоянную работу требуется Team Lead Java
Обязанности:
- Lead a team of 2-5 software engineers on projects
- Create and manage schedules and task assignments
- Work closely with management on coordinating with non-technical teams
- Lead the technical design effort of various projects e-commerce application that meets scalability and performance requirements
- Lead and participate in the implementation (e.g., coding) effort
- Ensure proper technical design and documentation
- Help define and ensure adherence to engineering processes such as code reviews, source control, unit testing, use case analysis, defect management
- Present technical issues and their business impact to management
- Interface with 3rd parties on technical designs and issues
- Actively mentor software engineers to their develop technical
Требования:
Основные навыки/знания
1. Extensive experience with object-oriented framework and design
2. Experience leading teams through the entire software development lifecycle
3. Proven ability to work with business teams on requirements definition and scope management
4. Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas, document designs in a clear and concise way, and present technical issues to non-technical staff
5. Strong proficiency in the J2EE APIs, particularly Java-based application servers (e.g. BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere) with EJBs, JMS, and JSP
6. Proficiency with SQL and Oracle databases
7. Ability to write clean, coherent code, and follow coding style guidelines
