Fast - growing international IT company with 100+ employees specialized in e-commerce is looking for an IT DIRECTOR.
Responsibilities:
- IT infrastructure planning, budgeting, development and support; risks forecasting and prevention
- management team of 2 on-site and 2 off-site system administrators and team of 15 website developers;
- set up and execute planning, efficiency control, assessment and motivation processes
A potential employee should meet the following requirements:
- preferably age of 27-40;
- knowledge of FreeBSD, Linux, Windows, networking, Apache, MySQL, clusterization, VOIP in general and Asterisk specifically on the level enough to manage people who know this all in very details;
- experience in management of developers team for e-commerce or CRM system projects and system administration skills.
- experience in budgeting;
- experience in task management software (Jira, etc).
